Beginning his career with Quintegra Solutions, Balaji worked with the likes of IBM and HP in the US before moving to India. While there he worked at a large development centre and set up a team of about 1,000 people who were later stationed across South America, Germany, Malaysia, Singapore and India. He excels at putting together talented teams who produce real results.
Rob is a former BT technical support expert, initially specialising in setting up intranet services within the business, later moving into customer support and helping BT to streamline IT support operations in order to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction levels.
Rob then became the Technical Director at Dezine Ltd, managing the development of the business and its client services and owning the company. He increased the customer base and managed the expansion of the business offerings to include brand, design, digital services and software development.
After successfully growing and selling Dezine Ltd, Rob moved to national publishing company Archant, where he was responsible for all IT support services in Suffolk and Essex, covering networks, infrastructure and telephony. He was also involved in process improvement within Archant Group and helped to ensure the continuity of a good IT service in the demanding environment of daily news journalism.
Rob now manages all development and software creation for Portcullis Digital, working alongside Portcullis Market Access to support our tech-based clients. He is also the creator of two well known tech websites in the industry, which have provided news and product reviews for major brands such as O2, Vodafone, House of Marley, Plantronics and more.
Dominic has nearly 20 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing during which time he has managed accounts generating muti-million pound revenues. Dominic also has significant experience in tendering for business through the formal OJEU process and has successfully taken the lead role in this for many bids, generating more than £35m of business.
For last 8 years, Dominic has run a Business Development consultancy focussing specifically on the Healthcare sector and for 4 of these years, was contracted as Project and Account Director to a healthcare software company. Whilst there, he led the sale, design, development, testing and implementation of a national audit system for NHS Scotland as well as many other smaller projects across the NHS.
Dominic leads Project Management for Portcullis Digital but will be heavily involved in aspects of Sales and Marketing as we venture into new markets and expand our portfolio.
Raj has 10 years of experience in the IT industry. He began his career with NMIT as PHP developer seven years ago. During the past seven years, he had a meteoric rise, having successfully accomplished several mission critical project in various domains. He has always delighted his customers with his ability to understand business problem and provide appropriate solutions. He brings to this projects his experience on Agile methodology, Restful Web services, Angular JS and his skills on developing reports/dashboards.
Natalie Joined the Company in April 2016 as our Account Manager for Portcullis Digital. Having 18 years’ experience in Account Management with DHL Express, dealing with multiple customers and small to large scale accounts, Natalie is able to work with customers with ease supporting their development needs within each project.
Natalie has looked after companies within different industries and portfolios with requirements to ship goods all over the world. An experienced Project Manager and used to dealing with multiple deadlines, her wealth of experience and knowledge is paramount to our assisting our clients.
Andy will probably be the first person you will meet should you wish to use any of our digital services. He has direct access to everything that the Portcullis group offers. As Business Development Advisor he meets potential clients and finds out what they need to achieve and where they might be struggling. His skills are listening and understanding a business, understanding the current processes and supporting those who might need to deliver change.
With more than a decade in national on-line retailing, he knows commerce and the tools available, has built WordPress websites for business, charities and startups with great success and managed on-line shops, stock and from start to finish. Andy has reduced spends with on-line advertising from many thousands of pounds a month to zero by supporting intuitive search engine optimisation. Setting up ecommerce warehouses, data processes, stock management and even driving the fork truck himself – he hands on experience logistics, people and the mistakes that can be made.
In his spare time, he volunteers as an Ambulance Community First Responder in the rural community that he lives in and still supports young people in business with free mentoring support and websites.
Chantele works as our Office Administrator, providing outstanding support to the team while she studies for her Business Administration qualification. She is also responsible for our internal design and Social Media work, and contributes to the strategy and direction of client work in those areas. Once her diploma is completed we hope to appoint Chantele as a Junior Digital & Social Manager.
